I believe that the process matters as much as the final product. I create space for honest conversations and different perspectives, help groups navigate difficult choices constructively, and build shared ownership around the path forward. The result is work that is ambitious but achievable, with people who feel heard, aligned, energized and ready to act.

Who I work with
Boards, leadership teams, partnerships and communities across the health, social service, public, nonprofit and community sectors. My experience includes community health, public and population health, Indigenous health and wellness, community legal services, and organizations serving rural, remote and underserved communities.
