About Nicole

I am Principal and Senior Consultant with more than 15 years of experience working alongside health, social service, Indigenous, community-based and nonprofit organizations to navigate complexity, explore what is possible and turn shared ideas into practical action.

Organizations often bring me in when something important needs attention or momentum. The direction may already be clear, or there may be important questions still to work through. I help Boards, leaders, staff, partners and communities create clarity, make informed choices, build alignment and identify a practical path forward.

The work may involve a comprehensive planning or evaluation process, or a focused conversation to advance an important decision. In either case, I bring a thoughtful, evidence-based approach that creates space for meaningful participation and leads to clear, practical next steps.

How I work

I design inclusive, equity-informed processes tailored to each organization's context, capacity, communities and decision-making needs.

I bring together evidence, organizational data, lived experience, community knowledge and system realities to help people see the whole picture and determine what matters most.

Tailored to your context

No two organizations are the same. Each process is shaped around your context, capacity, communities, priorities and the way decisions are made.

Bringing together different forms of knowledge

Evidence, organizational data, lived experience, community knowledge and system realities each contribute something important. Bringing them together adds a richness of perspectives and creates a fuller understanding of what is happening and what may be possible.

I believe that the process matters as much as the final product. I create space for honest conversations and different perspectives, help groups navigate difficult choices constructively, and build shared ownership around the path forward.

The result is work that is ambitious but achievable, with people who feel heard, aligned, energized and ready to act.

Honest conversations

Different perspectives and competing priorities are explored openly and constructively.

Shared ownership

Clear direction and practical next steps that people believe in and are ready to carry forward.

Energy & Partnership

I bring genuine energy, passion, curiosity and commitment to every engagement. I care about the people in the room and the work they are trying to advance.

My goal is to make complex planning engaging and productive, while building the clarity, confidence and momentum needed to move the work forward.
